Refund policy

At NAVYORA, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The product must not show any signs of use, damage, or washing

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Timeframe

  • You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Any return requests made after this period may not be accepted

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Timing:

  • Refunds are processed within 15 days after approval
  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for size or product (subject to availability)
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A full refund at no extra cost

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount (if applicable)
  • Innerwear or personal-use items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges are:
    • Borne by customer
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process
